The problem
Operators in refineries, chemical plants, tank farms and on offshore installations must monitor classified areas where a camera can become an ignition source. Ordinary industrial cameras cannot be installed there, and certification is model-specific rather than brand-wide.
Tikem Tech supplies explosion-proof camera systems matched to the area classification: Ex markings, zone, gas group, dust group and temperature class are taken from the manufacturer documentation for the exact model. We help you match the certification on the nameplate to the area classification, then size the rest of the system — zoom, thermal, housing material, cable glands, power and recording — around the installation conditions.
