Welding Consumables
Welding consumables for fabrication, construction, ship repair and plant maintenance: covered electrodes (SMAW), flux-cored wires (FCAW), MIG/MAG wires (GMAW), TIG rods (GTAW) and submerged-arc wires and fluxes (SAW) across carbon steel, low-alloy, stainless and dissimilar-metal joints. Consumable classification (AWS/ASME or EN/ISO), diameter, packaging and mill-test documentation are confirmed per enquiry against the manufacturer's data sheet.
Supply to Your Specification
Send your item list, required standard or part reference, quantity and delivery destination. We will prepare a quotation covering the selected products, documentation and delivery schedule.
Send Your Item ListSelection guidance
- Start from the base material and welding process (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW or SAW) — the consumable family follows from both.
- State the required classification standard, e.g. AWS A5.1 E7018 or EN ISO 2560, where the job specification calls one out.
- Confirm diameter and packaging (carton weight, spool type) so quotations match your consumption rate.
- Say whether mill test certificates (MTC EN 10204 3.1) or third-party certification are required — include these requirements with your enquiry.
Typical project applications
- Structural steel fabrication and erection
- Hull, piping and pressure-part fabrication by qualified welders
- Plant maintenance and hardfacing applications
- Dissimilar-metal and repair welding
